Job Outline:

The Site Repair Manager role is responsible for leading the Repair Delivery Team in all day to day operational disciplines ensuring

operational excellence, high productivity and customer satisfaction KPIs are achieved.  Progress is reviewed daily. The role will also

include occasional direct support of the customer with Repair queries 

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement a customer repair team and multi-functional repair area to support the increasing demand for this growing value stream
• Ensure all processes linked to AS91000D and 45001 at all times.
• Monitor customer escapes with QA and Assembly Team leaders using FRB process to establish RCCA.
• Support of the Daily Tier Operation meetings
• Liaise with Production Team leaders and Product stream manager to ensure an efficient flow of repairs in conjunction with Prime customer/revenue commitments.
• Set weekly commitments to the business on revenue to support the AOP.
• Share up to date information on repair deliveries with Business KAM’s
• Continuously evaluate and proactively implement efficiency improvements linked to the business KPI’s
• Support the Repair Team leader in implementing a multi skilled repair team in conjunction with the Repair Training matrix
• Implement changes in procedures to improve operating efficiency
• Supporting assembly repair team with the issue of parts for repair
• Control/monitor documentation and labeling
• Timely response to customer inquiries
• Maintain daily KPI’s and achieve full compliance with contractual KPIs.
• Lead, develop and motivate the Repair team

Personal Specification:

As a minimum we are seeking candidates with a Degree in Engineering, manufacturing or another relevant subject. Candidates will have experience of working in a Manufacturing environment and experience of EASA part 145 would be beneifical. It is essential that you have a team and customer service focus, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, and continually changing environment.  Additionally full proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint).
