- OmniCure LX500 UV LED Spot Curing System: The LX500 UV LED Spot Curing System is a highly flexible and cost-effective spot curing solution with proprietary Intelli-Lamp® technology that monitors temperature and usage statistics to maintain an unmatched ± 5% stability in the optical output of up to 4 LED heads simultaneously. Developed with next-generation high-output LEDs, the new V3 UV LED Heads deliver up to 22W/cm2 peak irradiance and 1100mW power with an exceptionally uniform beam profile and provides a consistent and controlled output for a repeatable, high-throughput industrial curing process. The LX500 is available in standard 365nm, 385nm, 395nm and 405nm wavelength options.
