The Excelitas 880 nm Infrared Emitting Diode (IRED) provides 80 mW of output power and a wide beam angle of ±35° in a hermetic TO-46 package.
The 880 nm IRED in hermetic TO-46 package delivers 80 mW of output power with a large emission profile of ±35°. It features a large area GaAlAs chip with double wirebond for high current CW- and pulsed operation. The 880 nm IRED operation temperature is -40 to 125 °C.
